This pilot line is ready for you to test your thin-wall micro-drip irrigation tube product, with options for stripe and skin. But you can also do accelerated trials for other single-layer pipe on this line at Maillefer’s R&D Center in Switzerland. Rent our services and get the possibility to proove your ideas using new pilot technologies with the help of our seasoned experts.
The irrigation line is complete, from extrusion group to downstream equipment. It allows you to reproduce your factory conditons while working in a controlled environment. Production constraints are removed. You can concentrate on validating your ideas for tube constructions, equipment, processing conditions, technical polymers, and more. Our irrigation pilot line is equipped with a full-scale extrusion group capable of producing single layer pipes & tubes with an OD of up to 32 mm.
