Increased capacity, less scrap

Continuous Type Change CTC remarkably reduces down time and scrap during cable type change.

Description

Our Continuous Type Change CTC allows quick medium voltage cable type change in full production speed without stopping the line and without releasing the process pressure in the curing tube.

Various cable sizes can be produced continuously for up to three weeks. For reliable type change it is recommended to make secure pressure joints between conductors.

The system includes equipment for tool change in our triple crossheads.
