Our Dual Crosshead ECH 115/130 DL has a manual centring system and conical shaped distributors.
The high performance and user friendliness of the head are achieved by combining smart design, close tolerances on all parts and unique distributor geometry. The conical distributors are designed in such a way that no special tools are required to install or remove them. Extrusion tooling of the standard ECH 115/130 crosshead can be used with the ECH 115/130 DL in coextrusion mode.
For the combined bedding and sheathing process, special wire guides, intermediate dies and guides have to be dimentionned for each cable dimension.
