Efficient and accurate cooling circulation secures long extrusion runs
Our Exturder Cooling Unit produces the necessary cooling flow for cooling three extruders. The cooling unit is equipped with a stainless steel cooling liquid tank, plate heat exchangers and pressure pumps. The temperature of the cooling water can be set from line control. Cooling is controlled by an adjustable ball valve. All necessary pipes, valves and instrumentation are included. The cooling unit is connected to the extruders by interconnecting piping enabling easy access during installation and maintenance.
