Our single layer ECH 32/45 is perfect for extrusion of a single layer. Flow distribution is optimized for PEX materials. The dimensioning of the flow channels ensures exact thickness for the pipe's layer.
This transversal head is centered manually. The extruder connection is available with or without a manual bypass. The head itself is held by a swivel arm fixed to the extruder. This allows easy access for cleaning and tooling changes once the head is disconnected from the extruder.
Four independently controlled heating zones maintain the head's temperature. The total heating capacity is 4.28 kW. The approximate weight is 40 kg.
