Our double layer ECH 35/60 is perfect for extrusion of double layers. Flow distribution is optimized for PEX, ADH and EVOH materials. The dimensioning of the flow channels ensures exact thickness for each of the pipe's layers.
This transversal head is centered manually. The extruder connections are available with or without manual bypasses. The head itself is held onto a support frame fixed to a trolley. This allows easy access for cleaning and tooling changes once the head is disconnected from the extruders.
Two independently controlled heating zones maintain the head's temperature. The total heating capacity is 7.65 kW. The approximate weight is 73 kg.
