Description

Our single layer TL 28 is perfect for extrusion of medical and special engineering tubes. It is also available with a stripe option. Flow distribution is optimized for PVC, PUR, PA and PE materials. The dimensioning of the flow channels ensures exact thickness for tube's layer.

This longitudinal head is centered manually on the die. The main extruder connection is available with or without a manual bypass. The head itself is held by a swivel arm fixed to the extruder. This allows easy access for cleaning and tooling changes once the head is disconnected from the extruder.

Three independently controlled heating zones maintain the head's temperature. The total heating capacity is 1.15 kW. The approximate weight is 12 kg.
