The haul-off caterpillar RCB 32 series has been specially designed to pull flexible and rigid pipes with a maximum diameter of 32 mm. The caterpillar belts (flat belts) are easily accessible and interchangeable. Power is tranferred to both belts with an equal linear speed. The height of the caterpillar belts is adjustable mechanically. The closing force is created pneumatically and can be adjusted during production.
All control functions are easily accessed from the front panel. Built-in protection guards offer operator safety. A transparent cover gives access to the caterpillar belts and permits visual control of the pipe. The modern drive equipment allows for a very wide speed range and a precise haul-off. The caterpillar can be fixed on the floor or equipped with wheels and longitudinal rails.
A specific version of the RCB with corresponding drive and finish is available for medical tubing.
