This CBC 32 trough is specially designed a wide range of tube types. It is available in a 4 m and 6 m versions. A low vacuum model is made especially for medical tube. Adjustable air vacuum enables high stability and accuracy of tube dimensions. The tube is calibrated and cooled through water immersion. An optional thermostatic valve is available for maintaining optimum water temperature. The whole trough, frame included, is made of stainless steel. The complete trough unit is movable longitudinally on rails for free access to the extrusion tooling and calibrator. The calibrator itself is centered manually along dual axes.
