Various materials have great differences in behavior at high speeds, like 800–1000 m/min. The Maillefer FO and LV extrusion line is an unprecedented and efficient way to pilot new cable constructions and materials and solve process problems.
Maillefer’s state-of-the-art OEL/EEL development line is available for process and material testing in our R&D Center in Finland.
The OEL line consists of:
One day use of the Maillefer OEL extrusion line, including one Maillefer operator. An excellent way to do process modeling, predict excess fiber length, shrinkage properties and tube mechanical properties. You just need to supply needed materials, fibers and conductors. Recommendation for future extrusion development.
