Ensure quality deliveries to your customers

Don't let inner die drool deposits hide away in the tube that you ship.

We offer assistance in identifying the die drool deposits inside the tube and helping you act on them before your customers do.

Die drool is common phenomenon which occurs over time and originates on the extrusion die face. Bits of plastic accumulate until forming a deposit that drops off into the product, where it is hidden within the tube. The result is a poor tube construction, which needs to be isolated from quality product before ever reaching your customers.

We offer you our inner die drool detection system with expertise on-site, where local conditions correspond to your production reality. Tube constructions, extrusion processing and the materials employed characterize the phenomenon. With that understanding, we tailor the detection system so that you can act. The TOA detector comes with extra intelligence integrated into the overall line. The goal is to alert, provide automated features that assists in removing unwanted tube segments, and to report back on the quality delivered.

  • Quality isolation features
