net;ns.;tio;olu;ons;usi;xtr;y/e;troThe flexible Nitrogen Circulation System NCS allows you to optimize the process for a wide range of cables. During a ramp down, the tube/cable cooling by gas is fast and well controlled, generating less stop scrap.
The various cooling circulations are a shutdown cooling loop, and short and long gas cooling loops. In addition, a pre-cooling and separator gas circulation can be added to the system.
The nitrogen circulation unit is equipped with 3 by-product traps with the timer control valve, so that by-product can be collected efficiently from the circulating gas.
The unit consists of a gas circulation blower, a heat exchanger, three by-product outlets, a ventilation blower and all necessary valves and instruments. All these components have been installed on the same frame, which forms one complete unit.
It is ready-fitted and completely tested.
