High Output Value Package for MV CCV Lines

Typical preheaters ineffectively heat conductors, causing the inner semicon material to penetrate the outermost wires. In a worst case scenario, the conductors can then no longer pass through the wire guide of the crosshead. Our Dual Preheating System uses two coils to effectively heat the entire conductor.

Would you like to remarkably increase your production line capacity?

The line speed increases over 25%

You can achieve 25% greater line speeds, more even conductor temperature, and no risk of inner semicon penetration into the outermost wires. Using your manufacturing data as a basis, we can calculate the added value our dual preheating system will bring to your business.

What you get

With our Dual Preheating System, higher conductor preheating temperatures lead to 25% faster line speeds.

  • Dual-coil preheating system raises conductor temperatures, eliminating inner semicon penetration of outer layers and the risk of conductors getting caught in the wire guide
  • Higher preheating temperatures increase line speeds by 25%

Taking the Turn with Tubes for EV

12.2.2024

The move from Internal Combustion Engine (ICE) vehicles towards ones driven by alternative energy sources is in full swing. Nations have targeted a complete phase out in 2050 with an end for all new cars in 2035 (i.e. the Declaration of Glasgow). Several countries have undertaken more aggressive measures to accelerate the transition, notably Norway and Singapore. Hybrid, battery and fuel cell Electric Vehicle (EV) production is gearing up in factories around the world. The arrival of the new technology is sending waves of change along the entire supply chain.
